Maine 1999, II

Here are some photos of a few sidetrips Cathy and I made in Maine.

On the left we are visiting Rockland, Maine which houses the Wyeth Museum, a fabulous collection of art by a grandfather, father and son.  The photo on the right is Blue Hill, Maine.

The piece on the left is at the Judd Hartman Gallery in Blue Hill.  Judd Hartmann who is in the photo on the right does some outstanding work on native Americans.  The work is of Caugnawaga Indians going through the Lachine Rapids (see elsewhere).

The photo on the left is a typical Maine landscape.  This was taken on Route 105 on our way back one day from Camden.  The little girl on the right was just so cute sitting in Blue Hill that I took this photo.  If anyone knows her name, tell me and I will send her Mom a copy.

And lastly, Cathy and her sister Bonnie were trying on hats in an antique store near Stonington.
