It is used for concerts, exhibits and sporting events. The murals and designs covering the building are made from corn and other grains, and a new design is constructed each year. The adjacent street was under construction limiting photo views The Palace was much more memorable the first time I saw this stucture 52 years ago because there was almost 'nothing' nearby.
